The BAUIE+RAD Mission
We are passionate about every aspect of production and appreciate the chance to contribute to our client’s vision - from execution of the creative through final editorial - while ensuring that every essential logistical element is carefully overseen.
We have been refining our craft for more than 20 years and have worked with hundreds of photographers, directors and cinematographers on thousands of shoots all over this beautiful planet.
Be it still photography, full motion, social capture or some combination in between, we understand how to tailor the production to your creative, timing and budget. Our experienced team covers every aspect of production logistics to exceed your expectations and carefully steward your budget so your focus can remain solidly on your creative aspirations.

We love our mother Earth
BAUIE+RAD has been tracking the mounting evidence that our planet’s climate is rapidly changing and believes we can be a part of the solution. We have committed to making our sets as green as possible without interfering with the creative process our clients rely on.
Among the changes we implemented are the elimination of single-use plastic water bottles, and we take extra steps to emphasize reusables and recyclables in our catering and craft. Perhaps most importantly, our shoots and commercials are now carbon neutral through the purchase of carbon offset credits.
We greatly appreciate our clients’ support for these efforts as we all strive for a sustainable future.
